Liên minh này bao gồm một lực lượng gìn giữ hòa bình tập thể, hội nhập kinh tế chặt chẽ (ví dụ như đàm phán với tư cách một khối trong các hiệp định thương mại quốc tế hay đề xuất một loại tiền tệ chung) và phối hợp về chính sách đối ngoại. Vì nhiều lý do khác nhau mà cho đến nay CAU chưa bao giờ trở thành hiện thực. A Karmic Score refers to a point system that measures your good and bad deeds. Points are given for any physical action a person undertakes. The Karmic Score weighs out the weight of each action and assigns a score which is accurate to each action. If your good deeds outnumber your bad deeds, your score will be a positive number, while if your bad deeds outnumber your good deeds, your score will be a negative number.
