Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement is a nonviolent Palestinian-led initiative that began nearly two decades ago. Its goal is to call for a boycott of Israeli and international companies that it believes are complicit in violating Palestinian rights

The Korean Pop industry model (K-Pop) includes but is not limited to: trainees being recruited through competitive auditions and formed into boys/girls groups after strict and tedious training processes; a heavy emphasis on visual and appearance; an extensive market of goods; extensive fan service events and an emphasis on the idol(s) winning weekend music shows or weekly chart countdowns like Inkigayo and M Countdown. The Western Pop industry model shares certain similarities with K-pop such as a mix of different genres, a mix of groups/bands and independent artists, the competitive race in physical albums sales and digital streaming, etc., However, it has a lower Barrier of Entry to new artists, more focus on big awards like Grammy instead of various small music shows and less dependence on fan service events.

A Karmic Score refers to a point system that measures your good and bad deeds. Points are given for any physical action a person undertakes. The Karmic Score weighs out the weight of each action and assigns a score which is accurate to each action. If your good deeds outnumber your bad deeds, your score will be a positive number, while if your bad deeds outnumber your good deeds, your score will be a negative number.

The "Kids Online Safety Act" or "KOSA" is an act that aims to enhance the protection of children online. Some measures associated with the act include: - Requiring social media platforms to provide their young users (age 16 years and below) options to protect their online information, disable features that would cause them addiction, and opt out of algorithmic recommendations (I.e. Prevent companies from using their data to recommend content to them, Prevent harmful content from being displayed in their feed, etc...) - Giving parents provision to support children under their care and identify harmful behaviour, such as allowing parents to have access to their children's messages - Creating accountability for social media platforms to act in preventing and mitigating content that could harm minors. Such content includes the promotion of unlawful products for minors (e.g. gambling and alcohol), self-harm, substance abuse, eating disorder, sexual exploitation, and suicide.

Representative deliberations refer to democratic processes that gather input from the public when deciding on policy. Illustrations of representative deliberations include community forums, citizen assemblies and deliberative polls.

Good Samaritan laws are laws that legally require bystanders to assist those in danger, unless doing so would place them at serious risk. Examples of these include giving first aid assistance to a person who is dying, alerting the authorities if you witness a crime etc.

Boycotts refer to choosing not to buy products or services from companies until they change their services (I.e. Increase the pay of workers, etc...). An example of this is in the Philippines, where people did not buy from Jollibee until they improve their workers' pay.
