A 4-minute assessment explaining why the team's wins matter more than its losses, highlighting unanswered arguments and the value of its context. It adds no new argumentative or responsive material. Opposition replies first; Government replies last. Normally only the first or second speaker may give the reply; the handbook allows the Whip only in the exceptional situation where that is the team's sole remaining speaker.
