WSDCBP

A short allowance to conclude after the allotted speech time. WSDC: the manual describes a customary 15-second grace period, ending at 8:15 for substantive speeches and 4:15 for replies. BP (WUDC): speeches have a 15-second grace period after 7:00; beyond 7:15 judges may not take anything into account. This is time to finish, not an extension of the scheduled speech length. Chair intervention procedures depend on the format and tournament guidance.
