Ranked Pairs Method

A mathematical tie-breaking voting system used by BP judging panels to resolve Cyclic Ties when the panel cannot agree on a final ranking. Judges vote on every possible head-to-head matchup, and the results are tallied, sorted by margin of victory, and locked in to deduce a final rank order.
