The Chair's intervention to restore appropriate conduct, such as stopping badgering, an overlong POI, disruptive discussion, or other breaches of etiquette. At UADC, judges stop taking notes after 7:15 of a substantive speech and the Chair calls order at 7:30 if the speaker continues.
