An unfair definition that distorts the motion to run a pre-prepared case by asserting a tenuous link.
- Example: Defining “This House would legalise performance enhancing drugs in sport” to mean legalising marijuana because “life is a sport”, and marijuana makes your life more fun, and hence makes it performance enhancing.
