When faced with an unreasonable definition (e.g. a squirrel or truism), the 1st Opposition speaker rejects the definition, explains why it's unreasonable, offers a new, reasonable definition, and ignores the Proposition’s arguments because they are based on a flawed frame. This can only be done by the 1st Opposition speaker (in AP, by the Leader of the Opposition).
