POI Cooldown & Badgering
Chương 11. Speech Procedure · Part D: Rules & Conduct
Badgering (also badgering or barracking) is offering Points of Information too frequently or aggressively during a constructive speech, or heckling, distracting the speaker. It is discouraged and can be penalised by the Chair if persistent (UADC 2025 Handbook, Appendix C, item 4).
- AP cooldown: after a POI is rejected, the entire opposing team must wait at least 15 seconds before offering another. Persistent rapid offers constitute badgering, and the Chair should call order.
